A beautifully relaxing session consisting of 40 minutes meditation, 40 minutes of Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls, 40 minute Gong Bath - a 2 hour combination of many different theraputic sounds and sacred instruments from around the globe. Come and join us for some peace, calm and deep relaxation.
