Having had a lifelong interest in all aspects of spirituality,  2012 is around the time when my learning journey really took off as I began to explore many avenues including spiritual healing. Since this time, I have attended workshops, spiritual circles and embarked on various courses, discovering and exploring many avenues of interest including Sound Therapy, Meditation, Hypnosis, Past Life Regression, Colour Therapy, Shamanism and Herbalism which have lead me to the path I am on today being an advocate of all types of natural healing and energy work.

Through my learning and experiences, whether it be relating to the powers of the universe or the powers of the mind and the importance of taking care of mind, body and spirit as a whole, it has lead me on a natural progression of wanting to share with others the gift of self healing through natural methods offering therapies, teachings and healing sessions which heal on every level of our entire being.
