As you settle into relaxation, you will be guided through some relaxation techniques, meditation’s and exercises for developing intuition, grounding, connecting with the angelic realms and your higher self to bring peace and inner calm. Meditation has a profound and powerful effect on one’s mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well being, enabling and encouraging the bodies own natural healing abilities to take place. 30 minutes available £25
