Awakening Your Chakras

❤️ 🙏 I’m so EXCITED and PLEASED to be able to offer this FUN and INTERACTIVE workshop learning about the main CHAKRAS and looking in depth at the fundamentals of what each chakra represents and how they effect our every day lives and shape our personalities. ✨

🧡 We will be looking how to keep our chakras functioning optimally, and how imbalances and blockages can affect us, highlighting signs and symptoms of disharmony. ✨

💛 We will learn about crystals for healing and balancing the chakras with a guide to which crystals work best with each corresponding chakra and how to use them for healing. ✨

💚 We will also be learning how each of the earths elements can influence and benefit the health and functionality of our chakras. ✨

💙 In addition to learning all there is to know about the chakras, the day will involve engaging in various practicals including techniques for balancing, cleansing, harmonising and toning the chakras using a whole range of methods and exercises throughout the workshop including:
